Documents Required To Make Bid Is As Follows:
1.Bank Draft (Please obtain further information from us to make a bank draft)
2.Copy of Identity Card Front and Rear Nominee
** Bank Draft will be returned if the bid failed and no charges


Documents Required For Loan Process :

Application for Individual Work

• Copy of Identity Card(IC)
• Employer Verification Letter
• Salary Slip ( 3 Month )
• Latest EPF statement
• Bank Passbook / Bank Statement
• EA Form
 

Application for Individual Business

• Copy of Identity Card

• Business Registration (SSM)

• Current Account Book / Bank Statement

• Saving Account

• J form

Individual Applicants Who Work in Singapore

• Copy of Identity Card

• Employer Verification Letter

• Pay slip (3 Months)

• Work Permit in Singapore

• Bank Passbook / Bank Statement

• Form IR8A

** Singaporean bid to the house which cost RM 500k and above ** Any questions may be forwarded to me.
